    I am a newbie to Ayurveda and after reading books about it and studying it online, I’ve realized it is pretty complicated and definitely not something you can master overnight. This app is a convenient guide to eat for your mind body type. You might not be able to always carry a book on Ayurveda around for reference, but you can definitely keep this app on hand. There is also some useful information in the app that I haven’t seen in other places. I’m happy with the app and would recommend to anyone who is serious about making lifestyle changes.

    Too much general info and not a lot of specifics to your dosha. Nothing you couldn’t get with a 30 second search online. Waste of money.

    I purchased the app and realized it’s so wordy that I might as well just buy a book on Ayurveda. Unfortunately I can’t get a refund, so my next best option is to warn others to not waste their money with this app.
