This app is simple to use and the workout program actually gets me results, even motivated to go back to the gym. Developers did an excellent job creating this app Outstanding app ***** by Gene Gunz Excellent and indeed futuristic design, extremely easy to use. Unlike most fitness apps, bau5 actually turns itself into your personal trainer by taking you step-by-step through every workout. Pretty amazing stuff. I haven't seen anything like it before. Most of all, even for someone seasoned like myself, I found the training routines pretty intense and on point. Great job. A++++ Effective!!! ***** by Vlavsky I've been using this app for about a month. So far I am seeing much better progress then I have with any traditional routines I have tried in the past. It tells you exactly what to do (weight, # of sets and reps and times you). The timer is great, gives you that extra push when you need it most. Best I've tried, highly recommend it!!!

Awesome app which focuses first on finding your base point and builds from there. Workouts are structured to hit multiple muscle groups per day. Some may think workouts are too short but you can certainly add your own at the end. I find they typically last an hour and I’ll do abs and stairs to finish off.

Love the app but it’s been over a year without an update.
  • There is great potential here

There’s a lot I like about this app, but like others have said, it can feel insanely rushed, which can lead to injuries. I also feel like I don’t get the chance to push as much weight as I know I can, because the rep frequency for some of the warmups is out of whack. I like the videos, the wide variety of workouts and the challenge, but I can’t help but think the math isn’t quite adding up
  • Not a full body workout

There are no core workouts even with Pro. Hopefully there will be an update soon with included core exercises. Otherwise I really like it.
  • When’s the next update?

I have used the app 7 times so far. First few workout it did the trial sets and seemed ok but the last two workouts it wants me to do a 35 rep and 20 rep warm up on bench press. That’s 55 reps in two sets. Even at a low weight this is crazy. After last workout the other day I’m getting basically the same workout to do today.

This app is so simple to use, yet so incredibly effective! It’s definitely the best app you can get if you want to see gains in the gym! It pushes your limits and makes you work!
  • I like it BUT.....

It is a good app however during some exercises there isn’t enough time to change the weights. I only have 1 bar and a small set of weights that I have to use. Some of the videos could be shot at better and multiple angles to give you a better look at the movements. On supersets it is frustrating when the timer starts and I haven’t even seen what I really have to do yet let alone switch the weights.
