    Cannot monitor sleep while the wrist raise is set to off. This is problematic since, if I turn the wrist raise on, then the bright light tends to wake me up at night and if i turn the wrist raise off this app does not work.

    Was a reliable sleep app at one time. Now I find it crashing and not recording my sleep data. When is does record it is not accurate. The alarm is supposed to wake you when you are in a light sleep cycle but this feature never worked right. I did get about a year of use for what I paid but I’m onto the next app now. To many problems and they keep getting worse.
  • iPad Pro issues

    The app syncs with my iPhone but not always with my iPad Pro. Very frustrating because it’s easier to see/read on the iPad as opposed to my iPhone. It used to sync ok after 3 days or so, but now it hasn’t updated since 3/9. Neybox said they’re working on it. It’s been an on going issue for me for a few years. When I first got the app, both iPad and iPhone worked fine. Then came updates and that’s when all the syncing issues started.

    iPhone XS Max + Apple Watch Series 1 I started using this app years ago to help me track sleep while suffering from episodes of insomnia. It was great. My highest complaint back then was that Apple Watch would often refuse to connect to the app. Lately, however, the app goes through periods of working well and barely working at all. The biggest issues lately are major draining of the Apple Watch battery (used to use 10% overnight, now uses 60-70%), poor tracking of sleep, watch loosing connection to phone during the night, and app crashing during sleep. Now, I just use my regular alarm. I might keep an eye on this app for its next update, but no updates ever seem to address my problems with the app. I understand this would be a tough app to troubleshoot, but these problems have existed for months and months now. As a premium purchaser, I would expect things to get better over time. Not worse.
  • Not Accurate. Major Battery Hog.

    Every. Single. Day. I wake up and check my stats. Pillow seems to think that I was awake for HOURS on end when, in reality, I slept well and feel refreshed. Something is wrong with this app; it was good when I first downloaded it, but now it’s just messed up beyond repair. I usually go to bed with my Watch at 100%. Upon waking my Watch was down to 85%, on average. Since deleting Pillow and switching to AutoSleep I wake with the battery at 95%. Also, the latest update won’t install. I press update in the App Store, it downloads, completes, and the button immediately changes from “Open” back to “Install” again. Other reviewers are having this issue too. This app is busted. Do not purchase! Try AutoSleep instead.
  • It thinks I’m in REM sleep when I’m awake

    For me this is not accurate. It said I’m in REM sleep when I was actually awake.

    I’ve used it the past two nights while also still using my Fitbit to track my sleep. I don’t trust my Apple Watch fully Yet. The app has me awake when I’m Asleep and asleep when I’m awake. I showed me in bed when I was out walking 5 miles and awake off and on during those times. Super weird and disappointing.

    App barely accounted for half the time I was asleep. Had me waking up two hours before I actually woke up and falling asleep almost an hour after I actually fell asleep.
