Don’t get me wrong, this game is still pretty great. I’ve been hooked for a couple of years. But . . . the recent change, where now you can be “demoted” if you don’t play enough, is disheartening. What I’ve realized is that this feels very much like a punishment for playing. Games are supposed to be rewarding—that’s the incentive for playing. If I feel like no matter how much playing I can squeeze in, it might not be enough, and I might be demoted, I feel less like playing. At a certain point, I could see I was going to be demoted—not enough time left to get ahead—I just stopped playing. At least before this, I might not win, but I certainly wasn’t going to be worse off for playing! Is this really what you want to do to your loyal fans?

You have to wait for lives 30 mins at times when you use your lives. Not good when starting out. May not want to return. ADs are the worst though.

I love the game but it’s totally frustrating. The algorithms are in place so nothing is really random, the direction of the tickets, where your boosts go, etc. right before you are about to get to a prize level, it always is set up to be the hardest and will take you the most tunes to complete that level. Once you win 24 hours, the prize levels go away. They really set you up to loose so you never can truly stay ahead of the game for long. Plus, sometimes when it says you have 3or 4 turns left, after two, the game is over. They have a weird way of counting turns. They should ha e a way to use a boost once you have started s level not just before. I’ve left the app several times for months cause I feel like they want you to spend money. If you don’t, you’re not going to reach the higher levels any time this year.

I love this game; however, I don’t like the Legends Arena. I’d much rather spend my time waiting for new levels by going back and replaying levels I didn’t do well on the first time. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us a way to opt out of the Legends Arena!!!

I’ve been playing this game a while. We all recognize you make it hard sometimes it’s almost Las Vegas style rigged. I get you want people to buy stuff however I’ve gotten the feeling on more than one occasion it felt like I went through moves unusually quick so a few times in a row I decided to count. I’m on level 589 and three times in a row I just tapped to count and three times I was short moves. The last one I counted was 30 and your supposed to get 40. Anyone else notice this?
