  • Planet Internal Structure Not Showing

    By User_C6638
Selecting a planet, say Mars, and going to the Internal Structure tab causes the app to go into a bug loop. The internal structure will not show, and if you select to view the planet’s missions before, they’ll keep on displaying no matter what tab you go to. Seems like a display buffer is not correctly being flushed. Also, if you select a planet, go to its Internal Structure, then go back to the main view screen, and then go back again to the same planet, then the planet is very tiny and cannot be zoomed in.. and all missions, satellites have no labels. Happening for a few releases now, including the latest one (May 18, ‘19). Running iOS 12.3, on an iPhone Xs, 64 GB, and AT&T. App used to be great. Now, eh, not so much.
  • Excellent 5 Star App But Current Problem

    By pappasbike
Update 5/12/2019 - The issue of the app freezing on the startup screen has not reappeared. The developer also responded to my review/complaint. I still view this as a 5 star app and am very happy with it. - Like a number of recent reviews the app just froze on the name screen on my phone. I’ve had this app for several years and it’s currently on an iPhone XS Max. Fortunately deleting the app and reinstalling seems to have fixed the issue. Other than this, hopefully, temporary issue anyone with an interest in astronomy should have it.
  • Where's the ISS?

    By Quantum sorcerer
When I get notifications and tap on it, I expect to be sent to that activity. When I get a notification that the ISS is about to rise, it takes me to a star field with zero information about the station. Thanks for Nothing.

  • Outstanding

Had a problem with a recent release. Left a review detailing my problem. The developers responded immediately. Within a few days they posted a bug fix solving my difficulties with the App. Outstanding customer service, congratulations. Btw I own three of your apps
  • Used to be easy to use

    By chyggfjhc
I don’t know why this always happens, but these clever little developers wanna make all these great changes, but no one knows how to use them and they just get frustrated. The new skywalk is very complicated to use. All I wanna do is hold my phone up and look at the sky like I used to, but I cannot figure out how to do that. Maybe the app is malfunctioning or maybe I’m an idiot, but it’s useless to me. Too bad.
  • Notification spam

    By J PDX
One of the worst tricks in the book is to get a notification for an advertisement. The has got to be violating some apple agreement. For that I can no longer recommend this app or the shady practices this company practices.
  • ?! Not getting stars like I used to ⚰️

  • Good app; room for improvement

    By The.Lone.Ranger
Haven't used it much yet, but what I've seen so far I like for the most part. Will continue to explore and experiment. Two downsides I've noticed thus far, though, that leave room for improvement: 1- The app is pretty large. Wish it could take up a less space--perhaps by giving the option to not carry around all the fancy 3D models of things. 2- Can't find a way to turn off the constellation "artistic renditions." I just want to see the stars and the lines we draw between them, thankyouverymuch. The unavoidable presence of the additional artwork is distracting and unnecessarily cluttering when actually using the app to compare with what's overhead.
