  • Disappointing

    By DanH5$
No auto classify on drives, from computer browser you would think it would be easier to classify drives, but they hide the maps which makes it even slower. No way to date particular invoice line items No description on invoice preview screen, almost impossible to coordinate multiple open WO for single customer. Two very basic things I hope they address soon.
  • Mileage tracking issues. Again

I just started using QB and love it so far, the setup was painless. Only regret is not using it sooner.
  • I can’t get into my account

  • Needs improvement

    By Tracy Elman
Overall it’s excellent. They need customer phone support and to let us add categories for deductions. Such as medical and donations. Also it pulls in duplicate accounts when I hide it, it’s still there. I made support tickets but nothing ever came out of it.
  • Mileage tracking

    By mb421000
I recently purchased this product and I’m very dissatisfied with the mileage tracking. Today I traveled 222 miles and the app only recorded 17 miles so I will have to manually input. Last week I had to manually input mileage as well as the tracker failed to record the mileage driven. A big part for me in purchasing this app was for the mileage tracker. Paying the monthly fee for this product I expect it to work as advertised which it has failed to do. I would like to hear back from someone or otherwise I will just cancel this product and move onto one that is more reliable.

    A great app!
  • Not reliable

Notifications reminded me January 10th to enter start mileage for January 1. That’s too late. Now it will be very difficult (or impossible) to figure this out. If my start mileage is wrong-hope I don’t get audited! The inconvenience is costing me extra time & money.:( Not good. I should be notified on Jan 1 and/or the day before.
