Works great but I wish they'd told me upfront that I would have to pay $14 or $15 after a couple weeks

Reef needs to not just show “your answer”, but it should show “correct answer” as well once the poll is over. This would help with studying. Reef needs to also show the count down timer so we know when a poll will be over. Sometime the question ends before getting the chance to respond simply because I didn’t know it was ending.

... and its not those that have to purchase/use it. The app constantly logs me off and even when teacher posts a question I always have to reset app to have it appear. The cost does not, at all, match the services. The app is not worth it and i have had other professors use similar programs/apps that do the same thing for free.
  • Quits out. VERY Annoying

I’ve missed a good amount of points because the app quits out on me during class. My professor isn’t very understanding. I’d recommend to be safe and buy the iClicker remote to avoid this.

Reef helps me be able to study questions I never would be able to. It’s amazing to use in class.
  • I love the app but needs landscape iPad support as well.

In class, I use this app on an iPad, and I wish that this app has landscape orientation support.

  • Horrible iPhone X support and connectivity

This app may be optimized to fit the screen of an iPhone X but that’s just about it. Some of the buttons are off screen and most of the time, they’re not even responsive. All they did was port the app to the iPhone X instead of actually building it to make it work so good luck getting your points. The app takes forever to connect sometimes regardless of your device, causing you to lose points sometimes on top of the points you already lost from not being able to submit an answer using a button that doesn’t work. To the students like myself- good luck, exams aren’t the only thing you have to worry about losing your points on anymore. And to the developers- I hope you all know that I spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to go to school and I actually do my work in class so my question is why can’t you guys just test it more? I pay you guys too. This isn’t a free app. Just a thought

I love the app, very responsive. Quick responses as well. Not that expensive, which is $15 for 6 months. Good app all around
  • Very Disappointed

iClicker are my professor’s ways of keeping attendance. I had heard that I would eventually be charged to keep the app. I expected a notification that my free trial would be coming to a close. Right when we needed to check attendance in my Chem lecture I was notified, then and there, that I could not use it because my free trial had run out with no heads up. I missed the time limit to check in for attendance as I was scrambling to pay for the app. It had been a very long week and it was the last thing I needed. I could not be more disappointed.
