    I use to love this app now y’all changed the limit of working out now it just bugs me because i can’t workout as much as i’d like to anymore :/ but thanks for letting me enjoy it while it lasted :D

  • Can’t set up without subscribing to premium

    Once you allow access to Health, a “Learn More” about Premium pops up and won’t go away until you sign up for premium. That’s not “Learning More” - that’s being held hostage. I wanted to try this app, but it won’t let me “try.” So it gets one star since I was never actually allowed to evaluate it.

  • lost workouts and decreased features even with zova premium

    I previously purchased zova premium. I had a bunch of classes saved that were just deleted with the ‘update’. There are now fewer classes, and a bunch of material has disappeared. The app seems to go through cycles of this as it re-releases old material too...
  • Body Burner?

    Are the classes new each week or not, because I have had the same series of exercises since early July for the body burners that are supposed to be new each Monday (my phone updates on the regular, so it’s not a bug)? Are you all ending the body burners like the celeb classes ultimately ended, as well as the Zova selfies? It would be nice to be kept in the loop as a premium subscriber, about what is changing or being deleted.
  • Double billed me and won’t correct

    Zova billed me twice for an annual subscription and now their customer service has gone completely dark on me. They are not US based business, so I can’t open complaint with BBB. Tried calling Apple and they told me it’s a Zova issue. Stay away!!!!
  • Good when it works. App or internet fail?

    When the app is working and fluid (goes from one exercise to the next without interruption), it’s great. But sometimes, it stops and I have to restart, replay, etc. It makes me want to walk away. Don’t know if I have a bad internet connection in this part of my house, or the app is glitchy. Very annoying.
