    Pacifica. Let's talk about it, shall we? I know I have been experiencing severe depression, severe anxiety, and moderate stress. This horrible mental situation has had a downfall on my self-esteem and on my life in general. This app has totally changed it. "How?" you may ask. Well, this sophistacated app as an array of "tools," if you will, that have helped me get through the mental issues I'm suffering from. It literally has everything you need for it! It takes you through a wonderful journey of meditation to relieve everything you're being troubled with. The meditation includes narrators who obviously narrate the the things you should do. You can also choose the most comforting noise for you as background music! Enough of the meditation. On to “health.” The health section is basically setting goals for yourself to increase your health. If you reach your goal of let’s say “exercising for an hour” (and you didn’t have premium) you would fill the bar up to an hour and the heart would be a third full. If you enjoy hobbies for 30 minutes and that’s what you wanted, your heart would be 2/3 full, etc. There’s ANOTHER section called “Goals.” It’s basically where you set goals for yourself such as practicing your religion, going to the library, painting, etc. At first you need to set a goal, estimate how hard it will be, and do it. At the end, it asks you how hard it was. Those things help you build up your confidence a lot, and even things like socialism! Let’s not get into TOO many details. There are still so many things to go over!!! Next is the hope board. You write down quotes that inspire you and put pictures as well if wanted. As named, it gives you hope! After that comes the journal. In the journal, you can write down anything stressful, anxious, happy, sad, etc. down on a journal. It helps you release your feelings and feel better afterwards! Next is... community! There are so many posts that tell you that you’re not alone going through your problems and that so many people have different problems. You can post quotes (and take other quotes people made to add to your hope board), write something you’re grateful about, and basically anything really. There are also group chats too!!! These group chats allow you to converse with people that have the same interests or problems as you! This app makes you feel VERY welcome! Every single day they ask you how you’re feeling that day and you answer with feelings from a chart to choose from. The beginning of using the app is when you take the test where you determine if you have depression, stress, or anxiety. Like I said, I have severe depression, severe anxiety, and moderate stress. BUT this app is changing it a lot!!! I recommend this app to people who need support (for lgbttqqiaap, religion, etc.), have stress, have depression, have anxiety, or need peace. This app is the app for you! Definitely my favorite app!!! (And I use YouTube EVERY day) Peace, The Potato Fairy

    I have been looking for a good meditation app not only for my wellness patients but also for myself. This is a great one. Seems to be solidly grounded in CBT and ACT basic psychology strategies and is effective for me. I don’t feel it is overly spiritual or preachy, it’s easy to use, and engages me in just the right amount. Also affordable compared to other apps and online memberships I have tried for meditation. I find it very helpful.

    I just got Pacifica Very recently.. and I absolutely LOVE it!! It has helped me so much so far. I’m usually very jumpy, but this has helped me calm down a Lot. I have had a very hard time lately with depression and anxiety but this has helped me so much in the time I’ve had it.. I’ve become more relaxed and I’ve just be a happier person in general. So if you are thinking of getting an app to help with Any daily stresses or anything that bothers you I would recommend this for you:) Have an Amazing day everyone!!!! :)

    This app is really helpful for both me and my psychiatrist, since it helps track my mood and if I took my meds and exercised and etc. Really good for my bipolar disorder because I can see on the screen if I've been spiraling out of control. I also love that you can add your own custom daily habits, for example I'm trying to study my Drivers ED every day to get my license. The guided meditations they have are very helpful as well. I genuinely have no complaints. A great app!

    I love the design and function of this app, but I’m docking it one star for not working in landscape mode. I use it on my iPad, and would love to be able to use my keyboard, but no dice. Why do app developers continue to ignore that feature, especially on apps that require more than just typing on your phone?
