Instructions are clear. There’s a preview video that you can watch before you start your workout. It will keep your heart rate going. There’s enough prep time (10-15 secs) before starting the next exercise. You can pause if you need to. Overall, great selection of suspension exercises and training workout and some kettlebell.

Always frustrating EVERY morning because downloading plans always get stuck. If it doesn’t get stuck then it needs to be downloaded again! Also I don’t feel like the subscription is worth the money, yes TRX, I just said your app is not worth $4/month. Do something about it!

The app doesn’t work with an Apple Watch. According to the developer, it’s incompatible with current versions of iOS and watchOS, and there are no plans to update it. Update: Contrary to what I was told, the app has been updated and it does now work with the watch. It’s now usable.

I work out in a class at FAU and at home. Great product. Easy to use.
  • Effective but annoying

I enjoy using my TRX bands. The app is geared for individuals who are already pretty independent with the straps. I’ve been using them for a year and still found this app tricky because the explanation videos go too fast and there is no video footage of what the trainer is explaining to do. In the preprogrammed workout, there isn’t enough time in between sessions to adjust straps so I had to keep pausing. All in all, not the end of the world, and effective workouts, but as much as I like my TRX straps, this isn’t my favorite workout app.
  • Great workouts, quick transitions

TRX provides a variety of challenging workouts to suit individual’s goals. Some incorporate non-TRX equipment - such as a pull-up bar, kettle ball or weights. The transitions between routines often come very fast, sometimes with little or no time to reset the TRX length. The coaching queues can seem monotonously repetitious, especially if you revisit the same workout.
  • TRX is a great workout APP

I have used the TRX app and TRX Force app for several years. At 45 years of age, I have found the app and suspension straps useful to keeping fit while serving in the military. Note: the TRX 1200 pm time falls on the next day when scheduling a workout. Meaning instead of 1200 noon it falls on 1200 evening. App designers need to verify the time stamps and I would recommend 24 hr time stamps for scheduling.
  • Not the best apps...

My Apple Watch paired and worked with the TRX app once. I have not been able to use my Apple Watch as a heart rate monitor, nor have I been able to transfer work out and use the Watch app exclusively. I love the suspension system itself, but the iPhone app and Apple Watch app still have work to be done
  • Useless app - auto pauses

I don’t know if this is a bug or what, but is impossible to use the running routines (whih are actually good) without having the app “auto-pause” my workout which is very annoying. Imposible to use this way. Deleting the app immediately and cancelling subscription
