  • Needs improvements

I love the idea of it. Very nice and clean overview. What I don’t like is that in order to make it unread you have to open the message, click on the 3 dots and scroll to the bottom. It’s cumbersome. Also to have it be a great app, would like more options with the message. Color coding for instance. What’s really great is that you can have team members calendars, you can easily attach documents and images. Easy to set up multiple accounts. Could not add my gmail account but all my other office accounts were easy to set up. Keep working on it.
  • Almost perfect

The only thing missing is if the color categories in the computer app would transfer to the phone app.
  • The app is now broken!

Since the last update, will not sync or download any of my mail! What happened? Please fix it soon...
  • Excellent communication tool

Easy to use and I get connected anytime
  • Unreliable

I love he idea of having the power of outlook on my iPhone; however, it falls short in a key area that overrides any other benefits. I have it positioned right next to my iPhone email app and while the iPhone app shows receipt of email, the outlook icon doesn’t match. e.g., my mail app will show receipt of 2 messages, but outlook will show none. Even if I open outlook and pull down to refresh, it does not show. I cannot trust that it is delivering me my email so I can’t even evaluate the other features. If I can’t trust it, I can’t use it. So far it appears that only about 50% of messages are delivered within an hour of sent, when comparing to iPhone mail app.
  • Really Slow

The more they update this app the slower it gets and it kills the battery life. The only reason I have to use it is for work. If it wasn’t for work I wouldn’t be using this app at all.
  • Junk

Need a way to block junk email on my iPhone
  • Crashes constantly

    By wjchesla
With this last update (as of 7/15/2018), the app crashes immediately after opening. It’s entirely useless right now.

  • Fails at folders and contact search

    By MrZaius
Seems to lack any way to view multi-folder inbox in a single interface, generate notifications for emails received in sub folders, view only unread messages, etc. Each of these tasks is far easier in Gmail or on a BlackBerry or desktop Outlook. Disappointing not to see it here. Weird buried options to flag an email for follow up or mark a message unread makes, paired with the strange scheduled email option makes this just not feel like Outlook. Handy feature that searches emails by contact seems to be broken in iOS.
