I enjoy using Outlook over the other available email programs.

Nothing feels more like a virus or attempted phishing scam than my email app, which has worked well for the entire life of my last three phones, asking repeatedly for the password to the email address it has been connected to for years. And my issue isn’t “Hey, I occasionally have this email bug.” It’s, “How do I know what’s causing this problem if the phone never tells me why this happens?” Post an update note, explain why this issue happens. OWN the problem so I at least know it’s on your end and not something getting in between the both of us.

    The best Outlook mail app!!!
  • Dial ins

One weakness is the app does not appear able to call into a teleconference and also dial the passcode for the conference. The Good app did this without a problem. With this app you have to memorize the passcode and dial it manually.
  • Face ID rarely works

My company requires a password to sign in so my Xs uses FaceID. It works MAYBE 1 out of 10 times. I never have issues with it for any other apps. This “small” issue goes frequent delays trying to access the app and is incredibly annoying.
  • Calendar notification s not showing in iWatch

I love the Outlook app, the main reason for sticking with it is the iWatch functionality, unfortunately my calendar events don’t send reminders to my watch. I am therefore more likely to miss meetings because I’d have to know where the next meeting is!!

Outlook is the perfect app for professional work. As it links with office, you can comfortably transition into other apps in the blink of an eye. Better yet, you should get Office 365 Premium because it all goes together in a single professional package!

The more the developers work in this the worse it gets. The last update stated populating my calendar with other people’s meetings. The meetings don’t show up on my desktop Outlook. I use the app to access O365. We are forced by our company to use IOS outlook if we want to get our mail on a mobile device.
