YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE OR YOUR MONEY BACK!!! I decided to give the premium service a try, paid my $49.00 and did not get the service I paid for. I am still stuck on the free version. Emailed this company several times to get this resolved or my money back with no luck. The first email I sent, someone named Tomàs replied and asked for my invoice which I have sent, never to hear from him again. Every email I sent after that went ignored. Now I am out $49 without the service I paid for. Not sure how this company is even allowed to sell in Apples App Store. I guess they don’t screen companies. Worse customer service ever and I feel robbed!!!!!

This is a rip off. My son wanted to get an iPad, so we did but I needed parental controls so I found this was the best that I found. My son was fine but then it stopped working and he couldn’t get WiFi, this is big bad and boom! So hate is a strong word, but my son pleaded to get it off, I can’t seem to delete it from his iPad, bad idea

This app is one the worst parental controls app out there. You’re better off just monitoring your kids internet usage. It blocks absolutely harmless sites too. There are no words to describe how bad this app is. Also the vpn connection is the worst. It won’t let the kid internet until it connects. Also the vpn is extremely hard on the battery life of all devices. I would give this zero stars if I could.

From a parents perspective this app is pretty much useless, none of the features worked for me, and it made the wifi a lot worse on my kid’s phone.
  • Some work needed

Hands down the best monitoring app you’ll find available for both android and apple. Cross compatible. The only thing it needs is THE ABILITY TO SET TIME RESTRICTIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL APPS. The ability to control students cell usage during class. HIGHLY RECCOMEND
  • Cumbersome

I should be able to manage multiple kids' accounts from the app and not have to get to the website/no app version to do so.
  • Everything is buggy

I have tried a couple of other parental control apps like screen time, moment and ourpact. None satisfactory. Was very excited to see the qustodio per-app time limit and monitoring/reporting feature, since that is what we really need for youtube and minecraft. However things did not go well. My experience with qustodio in the first 24 hours: - VPN is not compatible with Amazon Prime Video - the status of our two iPads is generally reported wrong, at least one will show off-line when in fact both are actively streaming - the timers keep counting down as though the iPad is in use when in fact it is off and no one is touching it so the time runs out two hours after the day starts even though the iPad hasn’t been touched - that wouldn’t be so bad except there’s no way to add more time just for today, you have to go and change the permanent setting for the day of the week - When the apps are hidden after the timer runs out, even the qustodio app itself is hidden so you cannot disable the protection from the device even if you know the password - On one iPad the apps we used to started showing up in the rules for apps section within an hour, but on the other iPad after 24 hours they still have not started showing up so we can’t set any rules for those YouTube and Minecraft situations

I purchased the small premium pack without realizing that I wouldn’t be able to monitor texts and messages on my kids’ devices (it only works on Androids). I contacted the company to see if I could get a refund and they weren’t able to do it because I bought it from the App Store. Not sure how to get a refund from Apple. Also, when the product is downloaded on my kids’ devices it messes up the wi-fi connection so I have to keep uninstalling it and trying again. I’m bummed and wish I could be refunded. :(

  • Horrible App

This app limited my usage on almost everything including my apps and wouldn’t allow me to contact anyone without permission. If zero stars were possible, I would rate it that. Netflix and YouTube don’t work at all, its a completely awful app.
